Shipping policy

We aim to get your Paul Mitchell favourites to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. We can ship to UK and Ireland addresses. These are our two delivery options for UK orders:

UK Standard Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Cost: £2.99 (FREE on orders over £30)

  • Delivery time: Typically 2-3 working days

  • Same day dispatch: Order by 5pm (Monday-Friday)

All standard deliveries are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, with full tracking available once your order has shipped.

UK Express Delivery - DPD NextDay Xpress

  • Upgrade cost: £3.99 (or just £1 on orders over £30)

  • Delivery time: Next working day* (do not use if Saturday delivery is required)

  • Same day dispatch: Order by 5.30pm (Monday-Friday)

Your order will be delivered the next working day after dispatch. Tracking information will be provided once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

*Next working day applies to mainland UK only. Remote areas may take an additional day.

Ireland Standard International Delivery

  • Cost: €4.99 (FREE on orders over €36)

  • Delivery time: Typically 2-4 working days

  • Same day dispatch: Order by 7.30pm (Monday-Friday)



Additional Information

  • Orders placed after the daily cut-off times will be dispatched the following working day.

  • We can ship to UK and Ireland addresses only.

  • During busy periods (such as sales or holidays), delivery times may take slightly longer - but we’ll always do our best to keep things speedy.
